Psychological knowledge informs the way I coach.
More confidence in themselves.
A little more ease, together.
Arguments before breakfast. Worries about school. Tears you cannot quite explain. You want to understand your child and help. Together, we explore what they need and which small changes might make daily life feel easier.

Psychological knowledge informs the way I coach.
Working with children in a school setting has given me insight into learning, friendships and the feelings that come with them.
An age-appropriate approach, with the family part of the process.
Space to say what matters, in the language that feels right.

You know your child. I bring a fresh perspective. Together, we look for a next step that makes sense for your family.
Your child does not have to stay alone or share personal things straight away. There is time to settle in, ask questions and say no.
Meet AylinYou comfort, explain and try to stay patient. Some days, you still reach your limit. Perhaps you would value someone who takes the time to look closer, without jumping to conclusions.
Find a starting pointWhen “I can’t” gets in the way of trying something new.
When tomorrow’s school day is already weighing on today.
When anger and frustration arrive before the words do.
When being left out hurts or asking for help feels difficult.
When phones, gaming and switching off lead to the same argument.
When a move, a new school or saying goodbye feels like a lot.
When the table fills with argument before the book even opens.
When break time and birthdays feel lonely.

Not every feeling comes with words. Building, drawing and playing can give us a way into a conversation. Together, we explore what helps your child express themselves and feel more able to try.
Let’s talk about your childYou want to help, but you may not know what else to try. That is a perfectly reasonable place to begin. You do not need a ready-made solution.
“There’s no point. I’ll get it wrong.”
We notice existing strengths and practise small steps your child chooses, from asking a question to trying something unfamiliar.
When every little thing feels too much after a long day.
We look for early signs of tension and try small supports: naming a feeling, agreeing a pause signal or finding a quiet space. Your child helps us discover what fits.
When the same arguments leave everyone worn out.
We explore real situations and try clearer agreements, boundaries and ways of talking to each other.
“What does my child need from me right now?”
You bring your observations. Together, we sort through the questions and find steps that fit into everyday family life.
These are possible goals, not promised outcomes. We agree together whether coaching fits and what to work towards.
