What is happening?
Bring a topic. A sentence, a situation or a feeling is enough to begin.
School, friends, family, the future. Sometimes everything gets loud at once. Yonca Teens gives teenagers room to sort their thoughts, consider possibilities and choose a next step of their own.

Aylin has developed a framework for teens: four recurring moves, a visual Moveboard and questions without a prewritten answer. The starting point is what matters to you right now.
Bring a topic. A sentence, a situation or a feeling is enough to begin.
Separate facts, expectations and guesses. What matters to you?
Choose a small step that fits your life. Waiting can also be a considered choice.
Next time, look together at what worked, what did not and what you need now.
Choose a sample topic and move through the four steps. This is a glimpse of the method, not an online coaching session. No personal details are requested or saved.
Too many expectations at once.
Choose another move above. Your own story stays offline. The Moveboard captures a starting point, other perspectives, something to try and what you take away. Aylin uses it flexibly in conversation. It is neither a test nor a worksheet to complete on your own.
You can disagree, skip a question and have a say in the topic. Aylin listens and asks questions that help you make sense of your own view.
A free 30-minute call with parents helps clarify the concern. Before starting, Aylin, the teenager and parents discuss goals, feedback and confidentiality boundaries. Safety comes first. Coaching does not diagnose and cannot replace psychotherapy.
After the free parent call, a first session with the teenager is available: 60 minutes for €120 including VAT, bookable once before choosing a package. The scope and goals are then agreed individually.
