Believe them. Take it seriously.
A child describing exclusion, humiliation or hurtful messages needs someone who listens. Bullying is not the targeted child’s fault. They do not have to become more confident to deserve protection.
Parents, the school and, where appropriate, specialist services need to be involved. Immediate safety concerns must not wait for a coaching appointment.
What coaching can add
- Space to describe what happened
- Help expressing feelings and needs
- Identifying trusted adults and practising asking for help
- Preparing for a conversation
- Recognising that this experience does not define who they are

What coaching cannot do
Individual coaching cannot take over a school’s responsibilities or guarantee changes in a class. It does not replace safeguarding measures, a school intervention or therapy where needed.
Contact with a school or another organisation takes place only by explicit agreement and with the necessary consent.
Our first conversation
We discuss what support is already in place and whether coaching could have a useful additional role. You do not need to send detailed accounts or screenshots through the enquiry form.
