Notice
What am I feeling? A picture, character or game helps a child notice a feeling without having to explain it at once.
Yonca is Aylin’s original coaching programme for primary school children. Stories, play and creative activities help your child explore feelings at their own pace.

Yonca is the little character with the clover. Through everyday stories, Yonca asks questions and shows that a small step matters. These stories are not a script for every child. Aylin adapts conversation, play and creative work to each child’s age and needs.
What am I feeling? A picture, character or game helps a child notice a feeling without having to explain it at once.
A feeling can become a colour, a movement or a word. The child decides how much to share.
Play offers room to rehearse possibilities: What might I say? What could help me in a difficult moment?
Aylin works with parents on listening and supporting small steps in everyday life while respecting the child’s private space.
Aylin sits with the child at eye level. Yonca might open a conversation; another day, a drawing or a small scene in play might help. Feelings are taken seriously. There is no pressure to perform or answer immediately.

Yonca draws a tree. When it is time to show the picture, a knot appears in Yonca’s tummy. Aylin listens. And Yonca discovers that showing just one corner of the drawing can be a beginning.

These short, open activities are guided for each child, with no right or wrong answers.
