What this covers
This website is for parents who want to request an introductory call for their child. Personal data is processed to run the site, to reply to an enquiry, and — only if you opt in — to measure Google Ads campaigns.
No advertising or analytics cookies are set unless you agree.
Hosting and connection data
When you open a page, technically necessary connection data is created, such as IP address, time and the address requested. This is used to run the site securely and to prevent abuse.
Fonts are served with the website and are not loaded from a third party during the visit.
Contact form
Parents can send an enquiry through the contact form. The following details are collected:
- Child’s name and age
- Parent’s name, email address and phone number
- Concern, what should become easier, and support already in place
- Available times for an introductory call
- optional: previous observations or diagnoses
The details are sent by email (SMTP) to the provider’s contact address in order to review the enquiry and arrange an introductory call. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and the consent given in the form, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
The optional field on observations or diagnoses may include health data. Those details are voluntary. The legal basis is then Article 9(2)(a) GDPR (explicit consent).
To limit abuse, the form includes a hidden field and a short rate limit. For that purpose the IP address may be held temporarily in the server’s memory; it is not stored permanently.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for any later collaboration. If no coaching is arranged, the data is deleted once it is no longer needed, and at the latest when statutory retention periods apply.
Cookies
If you choose Deutsch or English in the language switcher, the site stores a technically necessary cookie (name site_locale, first-party, SameSite=Lax, up to one year). It remembers only the selected language and is not used for advertising or analytics.
Only a login to the protected admin area additionally sets a technically necessary session cookie (name ao_admin, httpOnly, up to seven days). This cookie does not apply to ordinary visitors.
After you choose in the cookie notice, the site stores a first-party cookie (name yonca_ad_consent, SameSite=Lax, up to one year). It only records whether you allowed or declined ads measurement. If you allow it, Google may then set its own cookies.
Recipients
The recipient of form details is the provider at info@yoncakidslifecoaching.com. Technical processors (hosting and email delivery via IONOS) may process connection or message data as far as needed to run the service.
If you opt in to Google Ads, usage data for that measurement is received by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. A transfer to Google LLC in the United States may follow. Google relies on standard contractual clauses for that transfer.
Google Ads
The site uses Google Ads (conversion tag AW-11111526533) to see whether a visit came from a Google ad. The tag loads only after you accept the cookie notice. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG.
If you decline, ads measurement does not run. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookies link in the footer.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. This is usually the authority of the German state where the provider is established, or the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
No automated decision-making
There is no automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR, including profiling.
