Exam anxiety: questions parents actually ask

Short answers on exam anxiety, Berlin in person and coaching online — without a diagnosis.

Short answers before you book

Questions parents ask

Is exam anxiety the same as an anxiety disorder?

No. Nerves before tests, a blank in a talk, or a closed book are common and not yet a diagnosis. Coaching describes and practises; it does not treat.

Do we meet in Berlin or online?

In person in Berlin. Online across Germany and worldwide once a quiet room exists.

What does the first step cost?

The parent conversation is free and without obligation. You choose a package afterwards if coaching is a fit.

What if the child will not go to school at all?

Then the door is the topic, not only the paper. Read the [school anxiety page](/en/services/schulangst) as well.
