Kids coaching online — from anywhere
Two screens in one hour about screens is satire. Otherwise Berlin, Dubai, Germany.
Tech, quiet, and age
One window, headphones, six as a floor. FAQ.
Berlin and Dubai as real anchors, not slogans
Screens are rarely the only topic. They are often the loudest. After school, when hunger and shame meet, “one more round” becomes a war. Some children explode — see angry outbursts. Some disappear into chats that hurt — see bullying. Coaching does not install a phone ban as a personality. It looks for rules that still hold tomorrow, and adults who do not give in from exhaustion and then go harder the next day.
I do not promise a digital detox in four weeks. I offer a frame where parent and child practise sentences that are not only morals. That starts before a child sits with me: in the parent conversation, where we hear which device buys peace and which one wrecks the evening.
The first step is still a parent conversation
Not the child first. Disagreeing parents first.
Two windows in one hour “about media” is satire. One device, a closed door, and parents who already agree which rule still holds tomorrow.
You do not choose a package first. Conversation first, then — if it fits — a frame in Berlin or on a screen, in English or German. Kids life coaching stays support, not treatment.
Two devices in one hour “about media” would be satire. So: one window, game off, door shut. If the child secretly leaves the console on a second screen, we notice. Then a pause is more honest than a sermon.
Parents who disagree — one allows, one forbids — sort that before the child is on the call. I do not sell a digital diet or a filter personality. I practise rules that still hold tomorrow, in English or German, from anywhere that is actually quiet.
If you are travelling this week, a laptop only holds if the game is actually off and nobody is scrolling in the background. I do not meet the child first. I hear which rule already broke. Sometimes the honest advice is not to do an hour this week.
A clear next step
If a quiet room and one device exist: a parent conversation. Kids life coaching is not psychotherapy and not medical treatment.
